Refund Policy:

-Refund requests may be submitted if purchased materials arrive damaged.  If materials arrive damaged and you would like to request a refund, please submit a request to contact@smcinspire.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line.  Attach a photo image of the damaged materials to the email request within 14 days from date of purchase.  Partial and full refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis for products and services.  No refunds after 14 days from date of purchase.

Terms and Conditions of Promotions:

-Discount codes are non-transferable. Discount codes are limited to one order per customer email. Discount codes can be used on only one order per customer email. Discount codes that are provided with an expiration date are valid from the noted beginning date until 11:59 p.m. (Central Time Zone) on the end date.  Discount codes provided without a listed expiration date are valid until 11:59 p.m. (Central Time Zone) on the last day of the month the code is received and will expire at midnight on the first day of the following month.

Cancellation Policy:

-Reserved consulting services sessions have a 14-day advance notice cancellation policy at no charge.  If reserved sessions are cancelled by a client with 7 to 13 days prior to the scheduled session, 50 percent of the total session cost will be due.  If reserved sessions are cancelled by a client with 6 days or less prior to the scheduled session, 100 percent of the total session cost will be due.  If or a client confirms a session but does not show for the session, the full amount of the session will be due. If a reserved session is cancelled by SMC Inspire Consulting, LLC there will be no charge for the session.  Emergency cancellations without penalty will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Restrictions:

-Must be 18 years of age or older to book consulting services.
